If you’re looking for a realtor look no further! Jane was able to help us find the house of our deams. We were looking for such a specific house with Acrage it almost seemed like we were searching for a unicorn. -From day 1 with Jane I truly felt she cared about us. Purchasing a home is a huge life event, and at times the thought can seem a bit scary…But, Jane makes sure you are happy with your choice. I can tell she wants her buyers to be protected and informed so they can make a smart home buying decision. I was so glad to have her on our side with negotiations, you can tell she has the experience to negotiate wisely. Jane also was consistently available to take our calls and go to showings. Jane was able to answer all our questions about the market and real state. Making the purchase of our deam home stress free and exciting.

Jane was very quick at responding to both our needs and the requests from the other realtor. She made herself available when we needed her and made the closing quick and painless because of her preparation. I would absolutely recommend Jane if you are buying OR selling your house. Jane was wonderful! My husband and I were first time home buyers and completely ignorant to the entire process. Jane was so nice and patient and explained everything so that we could understand it and it made it much less scary. Jane was available at all hours and made it so easy to see houses we were interested in. As if that weren't enough, she continues to keep in touch with us through social media and has followed up regarding every home warranty claim we've made. We will absolutely work with her again if/ when we decide to move.
