Jane and her teammate, Renee, were wonderful to work with. We had a failed attempt at selling our home late 2022. We had considered keeping our home afterward, however, life happened and we decided to put it back on the market. After talking to different realtors, we chose Jane’s team and we are so happy we chose them. We began the process late January in order to have our home on the market by February 4th. Jane and Renee, worked diligently and made sure to market our home appropriately. Jane had drone video of our beautiful house, she had a cleaning lady come out that first week and clean the house. Thank you for really being on our side! 04/03/2023- I am back to add to my initial review, because Jane and Renee cannot get enough credit. Our closing date changed due to unforeseen circumstances involving our buyer’s initial lender. We had a closing date sometime in early March, but it had to be pushed back. Jane went above and beyond and contacted a lender she trusts, and had our buyer close on the house in less than 21 days. Jane, Renee, my husband and myself worked great as a team and accomplished getting our house sold before the end of March. If you need a realtor that’ll make magic happen, Jane is your lady!
